Jazzlyn Torres
I'm Jazzlyn and I am a sophomore here at DHS. I'm glad I decided to join the Journalism course as soon as I could. I have always been intrigued by the news and story-telling so there was no better class to take than Journalism. I have always loved writing and found interest in the different styles of writings, which drew me into becoming a journalist for the Hatters' Herald. After school, I participate in sports such as softball. Journalism will help expand my knowledge of the world and what is going on around me, which I find much excitement for in the upcoming year. I will hopefully join Journalism 2 my junior year and create an exciting, interesting newspaper for the campus.
