Things I will miss: Students who really want to learn and who value a good education.

Things I won’t miss: Deadlines for goals, PPTs, being taken out of my class to attend meetings, getting up at 5 a.m.

Favorite DHS memory: Marching in graduation.

Advice to a new teacher: Be on top of your paperwork.

Retirement plans: Travel to Asia, Africa and Central & South America and read a lot of books but still work part time.
