Halloween is right around the corner! These are my top 10 favorite Halloween candies.

1. KitKat

 Firstly, KitKat are the holy grail of chocolate. I love this candy. It is a staple to have in your Halloween candy bag. I love this candy because it combines 2 of my favorite things: chocolate and wafers.

2. Twix

This chocolatey goodness combines ultra- silky chocolate with stretchy caramel.  There are lots of things I like about this candy I Like the balance of each flavor, and you really taste each flavor. I love how there is a cookie layer; most candies don’t do that and something I like about Twix.

3. Starburst 

This candy is made from heaven, I love the pink and the red ones. They are superior to the other flavors. Starbursts are so juicy and their colors make them fun to eat. Also, they are a nice little snack because of the portion size.

4. Hershey’s Cookies n Cream Chocolate Bar 

Hershey is the best. It’s just so melty and gooey. I just love the explosion of flavors. This was an awesome invention. Whoever invented this candy needs to win a medal because this candy is so good.

5. Sour Patch Kids 

This candy combines the perfect amount of sweet and sour. I love all the flavors. I love how they look like little people too.  they’re basically like Swedish fish but with sour stuff on them.

6. Jolly Ranchers 

As kids we would never say “can you give me the green apple jolly rancher?”  No, we would always call them by their color.   for example “can you pass me the green one”. But let’s be honest here, blue raspberries are the best. There is no doubt about that; the second best is the cherry then green apple then grape.

7. Airheads

The mystery ones were always the best. Who didn’t like a little bit of mystery in their candy? The only problem I have with these is that they are  rough on your teeth. They’re basically like Laffy Taffy, but better.

8. Ring Pops

The idea of thinking that we were going to get married with ring pops was just funny to me.  I love ring pops because they bring back many memories. I love all the flavors equally. Also i like this candy because you could wear them and eat them,so it’s a win-win.

9. M&M’s

 M&M’s, both normal and peanut, are  delicious. I honestly kind of prefer the peanut M&M better.I like the peanut M&M better because you get the best of both worlds; you get nice rich chocolate with a nice peanut. But they can be dangerous; one minute you might have a whole bag and the next minute you’re more than halfway done with the bag.

10. Nerds 

I love this candy, just the perfect amount of sweetness. But I honestly prefer them in rope-form. The rope- form is better because they are a nice mixture of crunchy and chewy. The nerds give it a nice Sweet Tart taste and the gummy gives it a nice stretch; plus it’s chewy too.
