Tina Turner, an earth shattering rock star, whose magnetic vocals, drawing sexual glamor, and live performances remain unforgettable, has died at the age 83. Her amazing stardom was on the rise in the 1950’s, even though she was still attending high school at the time.
Tina rose to fame as a member of the musical duo Ike & Tina Turner, with hits such as “River Deep – Mountain High” and “Proud Mary”. She later went on to have a successful solo career with hits like “What’s Love Got to Do with It” and “Simply the Best”, cementing her status as a music icon. Her influence on popular music and culture will continue to be felt for generations to come.
Tina Turner’s impact on the music industry was recognized with her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991, and she continued to perform well into her 70s. Even though she retired from music, her influence was seen from the way celebrities are seen taking influence from her and performing tributes as well.

Throughout the years Tina Turner’s influence has inspired movies to be made about her. In the movie, Angela Bassett portrayed Tina Tuner in a heartbreaking and triumphing story. Although her husband Ike Turner was helpful in Tina’s success, their relationship wasn’t. Mr Turner was abusive and when Tina escaped in her 30’s her career suffered. But her comeback was eminent with her single, “Private Dancer”.
Tina Turner’s influence can be seen in the countless artists she has inspired, from Beyoncé to Janis Joplin. Her impact on music, fashion, and culture has left an indelible mark on the world. Tina Turner’s music has been enjoyed by millions of people all over the world. Her unique sound and powerful voice made her a beloved performer and a true icon of the music industry.
It’s obvious that Tina’s influence and mark has been left on the world. Her creation and artistic wonder will be missed, but we always have her memory engraved into our hearts.
