Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the eighth chapter of the Star Wars franchise, was released last week to much anticipation, earning more than $20 million at the box office on opening weekend.

Fans had high expectations of a huge thriller. In one word, this movie can be described as “unpredictable.”

The central theme of the film changes throughout the story, leaving viewers with questions until the very end.

With such strong visuals, the story captures a dramatic point of view as the rebellion goes through some of its most difficult moments.

The importance of this episode is strongly emphasized as the Jedi legacy is passed down; Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker is reintroduced as someone who is trying to run away from the Jedis and the force itself.

The movie reunites Daisy Ridley as Rey and John Boyega as Finn, and Adam Driver as Kylo Ren. It is directed by Rian Johnson and is playing at AMC Loews Danbury 16.

This movie has maintained the excellence of the Star Wars franchise, earning an 8.4 out of 10 on Rotten Tomatoes. Overall, Star Wars fans should enjoy this thriller as it reveals new ways to connect with the force and incorporates comedy to lighten up some of the darker tones.

The Last Jedi stands out as of the most interesting stories of the franchise, taking audiences on an emotional journey. The film offers a new perspective on some of the most important aspects of the Star Wars legacy.
