The Danbury Hatters took a suffering defeat to the Greenwich Cardinals this past Saturday (11/5) with a hard-to-look-at scoreboard reading 59-6.

The Hatters came into the Cardinals’ senior day looking to pull off an upset, unfortunately, that did not happen. The 7-1 Cardinals found no trouble pulling away with the win against the 4-4 Hatters.

The lone touchdown for Danbury came from a 96-yard touchdown from Jayden Leroy. Leroy is a crucial part of the Hatter’s offense, as the Junior finds himself in the endzone almost every game.

The Hatters now have 2 more games remaining, one of which being the Hatters senior night this upcoming Friday (11/11) at Hatter Hill with a 7 pm kickoff.

Come support the Hatter Seniors as they look to take on the Trumbull Eagles!
