This is my junior year, but my interest in journalism began a year ago. My journalism interest was sparked by my sophomore English teacher and gradually grew. I am currently enrolled in Journalism I and hope to take Journalism II senior year. I want to pursue a career as a copy editor and hope to work at a large book firm. In addition to journalism, I am involved in Key Club, National Science Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, Rho Kappa, National English Honor Society, and Animal Rights Club. I also love to dance, draw, and read literature. I am excited about expanding my writing abilities and engaging in a student-sustained newspaper.
