Misbah Aziz

My name is Misbah Aziz. I would describe myself as an overall perfectionist. I strive for excellence in everything I do whether it be academic or extracurricular. This quality is reflected in my writing style; I focus on organization, avoiding repetition and providing solid evidence to support my claims.

I decided to take journalism to learn a completely new style of writing and step out of my comfort zone. As of now, I enjoy the class because I am learning and building my communication skills. Journalism has given me the opportunity to interview several different people and learn effective methods of collecting and spreading important information. It has also taught me the importance of remaining informed about my surroundings through reading and watching the news. I also like the class because it serves as a supportive environment where I can share and suggest my ideas.
