The Hunger Games trilogy comes to an end with the premiere of their final screen adaption of Mockingjay Part 2. The movie delivered the perfect ending, capturing every detail. It was as if I had the novel in front of me and every time I turned the page, the movie followed. If you didn’t read the book, some parts may be confusing. The end of the beginning will blow your minds away.

After a lackluster part 1, Mockingjay Part 2 comes back with a vengeance, restoring the action and emotion from the games. The newest edition sees Katniss and co. in the final steps of the rebellion, and highlights President Snow’s destruction of Panem. This movie will definitely leave you on the edge of your seat, with many main characters being left behind, and war tactics from the Capitol similar to that of the games. If you are a fan or a die-hard supporter of the Hunger Games, the ending will leave you emotional (in a good way!). Even though it does not show what happens to Panem, the ending for the much loved main characters makes up for it.
